The Asia Cup teams. The lone cricket continental championship is the Asia Cup. Both the ODI and T20I white-ball formats are used for the competition. Three teams, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, participated in the competition's inaugural season in 1984. The United Arab Emirates hosted the competition.
