Members of the FCSA are outraged by the organization’s U-Turn after getting legal letters from Advance! An umbrella company (a member of the FCSA) allegedly threatened legal action against the FCSA in response to the decisive and what would have been admirable and deliberate wording that would have meant that all FCSA umbrella holiday pay to which a contractor is entitled would have been paid to the contractors.
